It was a buzy night for these bees

The kids dressed up as bees this year for Halloween. We had a sweet "princess" bee (daughter of the queen :) and a very tired worker bee. The kids had a great time spending the evening with their cousins and running around their neighborhood - which was packed with kids.
Between the very hot bumble bee outfit and all the walking, Joseph wore himself out and was ready to head back early. Esmerelda wanted to keep on going with her cousins, Maddie and Hunter. Hunter and Uncle Jonny still hadn't had enough so they ran some laps around the neighborhood while the girls sorted out their stash of candy and picked out their favorites. Esmerelda had such a great time that she cried when it was time to leave. We'll see if I can still get away with matching their costumes next year!
